Content managed?

We have been asked lately why we recommend CMS managed websites over agency managed solutions where we control it instead of our client.

What is a CMS? “CMS” stands for “Content Management System.” A more descriptive term would be, “Website That Is Easy to Update and Manage Instead of a Huge Hassle,” but that’s a little long. The goal of a good CMS is to make it painless, even a little fun, to add and manage the content on your website.

We believe in empowering our clients, we want them to be able to take their product and run with it, without relying on another party to update, change tweak and manage for them!

Sure we are always here to help, update graphics and help with bug fixes, and of course we can take full control of your website – however is this cost effective for you and giving the clients what they want?

Probably not. We love CMS’s and we want to make sure that our clients feel they are in control of what they are doing.
